Madeleine Baxa (“Maddie”) earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington. Maddie interned as an investment analyst intern at Forest from June 2023 to August 2023.
In July 2025, Maddie started her full-time position as a Client Advisor, where her key responsibilities include preparing educational materials, collaborating with Plan Sponsors on retirement accounts, and engaging with participants as necessary.
